I know that everyone talks about Wiggins, sometimes Nibali.
But does anyone has suprised by the performance of 28 years old frenchman Chrsitophe Le Mevel in this years 3 biggest french stage races?
1) 10th in Paris-Nice
2) 10th in Dauphine-Libere
And third can be 9th or 10th in Tour De France!!!!
Not a bad season!! (for a french stage racer) |

What a positive mind you have, this is not a topic to discuse Le Mevels doping use but his big development this season
EDIT: He has also surprised me very much this TDF, a very good season for him this year.

No i wanna just ask what you think?
Its a one season luck or maybe he will be rider who can win some smaller stage races like Tour de Mediterranean and have stage victories and GC top 10 usually in bigger races?

Le mével is doped, but almost all the rider are. But for this good place in tdf, remember that the favorite don't work so much in the pyrené, and in the vosge...

I very much doubt he is. He dominated youth categories, then he did nothing in the pros and has steadily become better as the sport gets ever-so-slightly cleaner. |

Le Mevel is a nice surprice in this years tour. I my self was expecting Pauriol to be the next big thing in french cycling but after his injury at the start of the season, I think he will be great next season. |
