Adding new names to STA_localized_string

Hi everyone!
I'd like to add some new names to the game by editing STA_localized_string and tried it with Hannes Convereter and Full Editor but couldn't make it. Can you share your thoughts how to make it in the easiest way?

What do you mean by "couldn't make it"? You can do it with Full Editor. You need to open Local.cdb (the one in My Documents/PCM/) and tick the Local.cdb patch option in the Full Editor.
