The Yellow Bar (Please help)

Hey guys outthere Smile

Im having a problem in some way.
If im attacking with a rider, and he has to regain some yellow bar, to do extended effort and then ride at a higher speed.
How do i do that best?
i cant get it to work correct, iv tried set the rider on Dot, and between 60-70% without any luck..
so what to do really ?

A rider won't regain yellow bar while riding at 60-70%. Either have him riding at a lower threshold (maybe 50), stick him in the middle of the peloton or at the back of a breakaway group. It's very tricky to do it if you're on your own out front.
