I've decided to start a season with Cofidis. I got a couple of new riders, a new scout and things were going on smoothly. Unfortunately, when doing the budget calculations for the new contracts I forgot to include the staff expenses. So I didn't realised that instead of healthy finances, I'll be losing about 60000/month! First thing I did was to fire the doctor. That greedy charged me 26000/month! Anyways, I'm still losing about 30000/month, and even considering some race prizes I don't think I'm gonna end with a positive budget. Is that too serious if I finish the season with, let's say, -50000 euros? I don't wanna use the editor to give me more money or something like that, but I don't want to fire any rider of another staff member either.
Thanks.

Thanks, Hakab. The thing I'm afraid about is that I need at least 300000 in winnings not to have a negative budget by september. I don't care if I can't recruit any cyclist for the next season, because my roster is already good, but the question is, do I get sacked if I have a negative budget at the end of the season? If that is the case, I can fire 2 cobblestones specialists I got, but I don't want to do that.
