Quick question - do riders' attributes increase when they don't participate in races? I have a custom team with a few promising young riders, but I'd rather not take them along on my tours, as their attributes are still weak. Can I just keep them training to increase their attributes?

the best way to develop them is by taking them to some tours. I don't know if you play all competitions to win, but some have an easier level of dificulty. Try using them in those - taking them to a big tour would develop them faster anyway. Just traning them has a less impact in the atributes
