Buying riders?

Junior Rider Posts: 45 Joined: 18-07-2009 PCM$: 200.00	I am new to the game and I'd like to know if it's possible to buy riders from other teams when their contract is not finished. I read the manual which says it's possible but I couldn't find those buttons on the interface. So what's true?
