Ive thought of an idea since I am struggling to make a really good team without more than 5 young riders in career mode. So any suggestions of a really good team inside a budget of 507,000. I would appreciate the help. Could you all help me build a really good team.

you have to go to training cape to get your team increase in skills. the young riders will increase even uf you don´t goes to training camp. but i will sugggest to go to a camp. |

Trainingcamps are just temporary skill boost though moro1910. And besides, he's not asking about that, he's looking for some decent riders to create a team around with a set budget.

I'd build a career around either Heinrich Haussler or Linus Gerdemann. Haussler can help you win the sprints and could maybe win some big cobbles later on in his career. Linus however could definetly be a GC contender in the future and he already has a good time-trial. This advice comes from the PCM Daily Expansion Pack of course. =) Hope i helped!
P.S. Choose teammates that make sense too... If you choose Linus don't choose riders that won't help him win tours. Get some good workhorses. =) |

I agree with that advice. I usually start out targeting a single type of races. If you want to do stage races, pick a talented guy like Gerdemann or one of the big shots. And then fill your team with good climbers and workers for your big star.
Same goes for a sprinter. Get leadout guys, guys with medium to good sprint stats and some with good flat stats to pull him to the line.
Cobbles i think is the hardest route to start at directly and the competition there is very hard and there arent that many races in a season.
The key is to select one and stick with that. You can develope your team later in the career. And from what i've seen so far you tend to get a good increase in budget for your second season. At least i do, but i rarely start with more than 230k.
Oh and i assume you know this, but if u dont find any good young riders when scouting on the create team menu, just click back and you can select custom team again and get all your tries back

I would say to get tony martin who is a really good all rounder can climber and ride on the flat aswell as a top class tt on pcm expansion pack  Also get a sprinter who can go over hills as it helps alot. |
