Why did the game sim the World Championship

So im playing with Astana and in all the other games i have always loved to ride the world championship, so i decide to say.. screw the vuelta espana and sim it all to get faster to the world championship and it simmed tru it?, i dont get it - you would think that i would either get to play with Denmark or atleast Switzerland while me being Astana - and i know it wasnt because there where no riders of that nationality because Cancellara won the TT- World Championships...

Can anyone tell why i did this?
