i've got to that point in the season with my milram career where my riders in the last year of their contracts are beginning to ask for new contracts. my sponsors are only allowing me to offer 1500 a month which isn't enough to re-sign anyone.
i've never played a career past june before for don't really know what happens. will the sponsors allow more money for wages at any time before the end of the season? i've got a few big riders out of contract who will get snapped up by other teams. surely you should be able to at least match what they are being paid at the moment in the new contract negotiations?
am i doomed to loose my best riders who are out of contract?
It's very bad situation and I was in it, too... You have to fire some of your riders to have more money in the salary fund... Then you can offer more money to your stars... |
