How do i edit pcm daily db v.2 db

I want to change stats with the ib game editor nothing like hannes or cle because when i dowload those the ujst open up in windows media player.

You can use official editor involved in game... You can find in folder 'DatabaseEditor' in the folder, where your game is installed...

all i have for folders is a database folder.
I cant find a database editor folder.

You're looking in the wrong folder then. You need to look in Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager.

when i go to the cyanide folder it just starts my game. what do i do to get my official release database folder in export folder so I can edit stats.
I really have no clue.
