In table 'DYN_team' find column 'fkIDdivision'
10 means ProTour, 11 means Continental... |

Ok and if I make a national jersey that I personally added to the PCM Daily pack, do I have to change the database so they wear it or will they just do it? |

Depends - if you replace an existing one, you don't need to change anything in the DB.
E.g., if you want to replace the Danish National Team jersey, name it nden_maillot and replace it with the one in CM_Textures/cycliste/team/nden |

If the rider is really champion of his country and the jersey is right named, then he should wear it  |

No I mean I made a continental champion jersey for garmin slipstream but the database doesn't have a garmin continental jersey. How do I add it to the database? |

You don't need to add it to the DB, just to the graphics folder.

You don't need to change anything in the database... If you made Garmin the Continental team and you rider is leading the Continental ranking, then he wears in Continental races this jersey...only it have to be right named...'grm_maillot continental.tga' (or only conti? - still don't know - try it) in the right folder... |
