Hello,
can I change speed of growing the stats (thing you select on the beginning of career, I've set it too slow - 0,4) in the savegame file in Full Editor? If I can, in what table? |

I never tried, so this is a guess: DYN_carac_evolution. |

It's only record of evolution of riders' stats you can see on card Evolution on rider's page in the game... |

I think I found it:
DYN_manager -> coeff_f_carac_evolution |

Oh, probably it'll be it....thanks a lot
Someone can try some experiments with it and set it manually from 0,5 to 1000 for example |

I did some testing and with a setting of 100 my young riders evolved to full skills in 3 months.

As i guessed, 100 is too much. First time your riderstats are updated they max out their potential skill. It also affects npc riders so the cont races featured some pretty insane riders. Especially Rabo CT was pumped.
Atm im doing a test with 3. Hopefully it'll speed things up a bit, without breaking it, as i like to start with a custom team and it feels like forever to develop my young riders into even usefull waterboys.

I set now manually from 0,4 to 0,7 ... I think it's good ... I can see my youngsters developing, but still it is very realistic... |

One question:
If I edit savegame file, should I edit the file Game_001.cdb or Game_001.cdb~ ? What's the difference between them? |

You should edit Game_001.cdb. Game_001.cdb~ is just a backup. |

I edited alwasy Game_001.cdb, so I did it right... But, in addition I edited some stats in the dtb and saved the exported file back to the folder with savegames for example at 16.7.2009 at 22:35... today morning I've done some stages and now I can see that the file was last edited 16.7.2009 at 22:35 and in the game I can't see the changes of stats...
The file isn't changing during playing the game? |

Your DB is exported to the Databases folder in the folder where you installed the Advanced Editor. You need to manually move it to the game's save game folder. |

Yes, I'm talking about that.... Copied in Database folder in Advanced Editor.... then imported, edited, again exported and the new database copied back into Documents/PCM09/Database/Solo/Name_of_dtb/ and I'm talking about the new Game_001.cdb file in this folder... I'm playing this game and the file isn't changing...

Did you remember to click save everytime you changed table in adv. editor? I forgot that once
Try importing the "should-be-edited" db in the editor in a new folder and check if your changes are there. If not i think you know what you forgot
