Tour de France changes asked ...

Hello !
I´m new here but trying to learn.
Can anyone help doing this at the Tour de France ?

1. Change the stage where appears Tourmalet with 70 km to go, for the one of PCM08, that finishes at la Mongie just right after the summit of the Tourmalet.

2.Bring back the time bonifications to the Tour. With the exceptions of the trimetrial stages.
