Signing new riders during next season

Hey guys..

I have actually two questions again:

1. How hard is it to keep ur riders to the next season, and is the sponsor thing fixed, so they are actually happy when u are reaching their goals.

2. Is it impossible to get the best riders, if u are a good team urself?
or is it just a matter of the contract and how well ur performed the season?
