Start up fail failing to initialize 3D engine

Please help me, i can´t startup the game. i get a popup box thats says:
Failed to initialize 3D engine. Please make sure that your video and motherboard drivers are up to date.
someone that can help me? |

It's happened to me before. Usually, just restarting the game works. Empty the cache too. |

A. Sometimes, you won't have to completely uninstall the game - it might be enough just to "reset" it. You can do that by going to Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager/UserHome and delete the folder named AppData. |
