Oh my goodness I can't stand this. When I play PCM 09, I rarely have problems. One time my career kept freezing at may 31st, and I hope it doesn't do that on this career. BUT anyways WHENEVER I try to actually 3d race, it will start to load with the stage profile and everything and then completely freeze at sea_geom. I'll wait and wait and wait for 5-10 minutes and then FINALLY the race profile will turn green (with only the road profile showing.) and it'll start loading for real. I'm tired of trying to race but have to wait 15 minutes for it to load. Is there anyway to fix this? |

I have Vista 64 bit. AMD 9500 Quad core 2.2 ghz processor, 8 GB ram, Radeon HD 3870 Overclocked with 512 mb gddr4 memory, 250 GS hard drive. It's not a bad computer I mean I can run Call of Duty 4 on max settings and everything like that...
I've heard people say something about clearing a cache folder? I don't know what that is but would that have anything to do about it? this problem has been going on since the first moment I started playing the game. I also have PCM 08 and on some races it'll zip right through the loading, but on others it'll do this same thing. In 08, the tour of australia is loaded fast but the tour of malaysia it stops on the sea_geom... |

to clear the cache folder type
%appdata% into run and then go into the procycling manager folder, and then delete the cache folder |

I don't think so.
But I've no idea about your problem either. With my slow computer, I had the same loading times, but when switching to a new one, the speed has increased by a lot. |
