Problem receiving serial #?

Folks,

just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and found a way to solve it faster. I bought/downloaded the game about twelve hours ago and while I had no problem d/ling the files in a few minutes, I've yet to receive any e-mail confirmation with the serial number/activation key. I've sent an email on the issue to the support address at the vendor and cyanide but no replies yet.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue and found a direct and relatively quick way to address it?

Mail the support address which was given to you again. If you used PayPal also mail them and threaten to ask for your money back... that will probably make them move faster.

Thanks Moro. I did those already - no reply as yet. Will be contacting my credit card company to cancel if I don't hear anything by Monday.

I got my activation key along with my download links... Are you sure you didn't get them that way?

It seems to be related especially to people using their Paypal account to buy the game with. Hope you sort it out somehow.
