How can be this done? I offer tham max ammount of money(much more that they demand), long contract as they want and role which they want. But anyway i can not sign almost noone.... I had budget 700.000 but i spent just 470.000 because noone want to come... I offered A. Schleck to extend contract, offered him 84.000€, absolute leader and he refuse it. He went to liquigas for 45.000€?!!?!??! Isn't that stupid or what?!

Have 4M € on account, 230.000surplus budget but i really dont know what do to with it.... Can anyone help me?

I have saxo bank, we are first at all rankings for the second year. Have over 70 victories per year, 2nd team has 25. They are all over the moon.

Sometimes they prefer 2 year contracts to 3 year ones so I would typically just give them the contract length they want
