Can someone help me fix this problem? :)

Hi!
I play career mode with "Car&Velo TestTeam" and when i came to may 1st i got this message asking for my priorities next season.. and when i am going to press the accept button so i can answer i get pcm.exe.. i have tried 8 times.. what can i do?
