if my young
rider is 78 MO (for example) and has two stars on the progress we can reach 79 (or more) MO to the end of my first season? And if so
How should I train? and by the way if they are not competing all season more quickly you will progress or not? please reply me ..

Having two stars just means that he can still improve on the area. You don't know by how much.
