Well my computer isnt so new.
I'm asking myself if someone could make something to reduce the lag for me. So i can enjoy the game alot more cuz sometimes it isnt fun when the lag starts D:.

Well, first of all, have you set the graphics settings to the lowest possible, including switching of replays, limit rider animations, no shadows, no reflection in water etc.?
