Issue about the Climb Jearsy

Amateur Posts: 16 Joined: 18-06-2009 PCM$: 200.00	Why dosent wining the Climb Jeayrsy count as wining a race like the other jearsys like spritn and time? and when i had sponsor objeckt to win / end as winner of the climb jearsy in stage races it dosent count. some one who can explane me this?
