can ANYONE diagnose this problem?

in normal races (eg. stage 3 Paris-Nice) it emulates cobbles when it is smooth Tarmac...

does anybody know why this is or have any solutions?

Did you try to install the game again? Have you installed anything beside the game? Did it work at any time or was it like that from the beginning? Are the cyclists shaking or riding normally?
