Neo-Pro Posts: 360 Joined: 20-04-2009 PCM$: 200.00	Basically the download version you dont have to put a disk in every 3 days to check it. Thats all i think everything else is the same and you can get the download version earlier than cd. I go for cd (maybe its a comfort thing i dont know )
