Morale - Good/bad feelings?

In a random LAN-game i wonder how to get the good feelings (+5, +4, +3) instead of -5. I get the feeling that this number is totaly random, but if anyone has any good experience in how to manipulate theese numbers I would love to know how?? |

does it make any different ?
If example i played astana and contador had -5 would that mean that he didnt have the day and would not be able to ride as he can on his best ? I'm sorry for my bad english

If he has -5, he won't ride as good, that's for sure. |

My experience tells me that a guy can easily get -5 or +5 if he attacks in the beginning of the stage, most likely -5 - I could be very wrong though. |

So it has nothing to do with the morale? So witch of the teamriders who attack, gets the water, protects the rider, etc does not infulence? |
