Hi this is a question for cym 4. Since there is no thread for it il have to post it here. I made a db and all the riders have 30 in every stat. So i wonder if the other teams can scout riders and sign them. If they can its not even funny to play with it. Cuz the new riders will own!!!

I guess the computer still randomaly generates new riders every year

No i mean. Can Other teams in cym4 sign riders.
