I purchased the game via the internet from Argentina. I downloaded and installed, but when
I trying to play, asked for a Serial Number that never sent me.
I made the claim to (reference number [26749-1245793125]) But still no response.

Sorry for my English

It's incredible the lack of seriousness of Cyanide in these matters.

Its not Cyanide, its Focus. They fucked up in distributing the game.

Also try e-mailing

And if you used PayPal to buy it, just tell them that you didn't receive your item and would like your money back. That'll speed up the process.
