I purchased the game via the internet from Argentina. I downloaded and installed, but when
I trying to play, asked for a Serial Number that never sent me.
I made the claim to supportdl.focus@gamesplanet.com (reference number [26749-1245793125]) But still no response.

Sorry for my English

Its not Cyanide, its Focus. They fucked up in distributing the game.

Also try e-mailing support@cycling-manager.com

And if you used PayPal to buy it, just tell them that you didn't receive your item and would like your money back. That'll speed up the process.
