This was already asked for 08, but not for 09, and as I can use only the Advanced editor, i'd like to know if it's possible to edit the budget for a savegame ?

Yes, there's no difference. Open the save game with Advanced Editor, open DYN_team, scroll across to finan_f_solde. Without having checked, I guess this is the amount of money you've got.

i can't open that link, an error occurs, but i saw the advanced editor and i wasn't able to understand how it works!

Can someone please explain me?

As far as I know the column is called finan_f_sponsor_fee.

Well, the sponsor fee is what you're paid each month. The solde column that I'm talking about is your current budget
