How to start a custom-team career with a better budget

I know it's not really funny, but I'd like to know how to change the salary fund you have when you choose riders.
It's only 650000 € max, and so it's hard to make a good team 
So is it possible to change this budget ?

that, or the hannes convertor should work. havent tried it though so not sure if its even editable... |

The advanced editor is FULLY compitable with PCM 09. Thats at least what people are saying. This is because excel can see the changes in the .cdb that cyanide has made |

It's not that hard, you start in the continental division so don't need that good team, still i can make one with Kreuziger, Haussler and Boasson Hagen as leaders an a handful of other very good riders like Van de Broeck and T. Martin. Add a some youngs and some helpers and it's done. |

Advanced Editor IS compatible with PCM09. Hannes Editor isn't. Neither is Hannes Converter nor CLE-ditor. |

When I say a good team, I mean having Cancellara, Kirchen, Ballan, one good sprinter, and so on...
So, no one knows if it's editable with advanced Editor ?

If you start with lowest budget you get 110.000€, you cant get anything and bankrupt very soon i guess.... |

Mine didn't... It made me start over because I went bankrupt in December

As i started up a game myself, I wanted a better budget for my team, so I had to see, if it was possible to tweak it a bit (i wouldn't call it cheating), and it was!
If you follow this guide, you will be able to set an unlimited budget (actually not, but who needs a budget of excactly €2,147,483,648 or more? ):
