A thread for bug reports.
On the 'crash before race' issue, I don't know why I have some files that you don't - it could be due to me having the beta patches, etc. If you downloaded the Expansion Pack before 9:30 CET this morning, you can download my Equipment folder, and it'll probably work.
If you're yet to download the Expansion Pack, downloading the main package should be enough (it's updated with the files from the above mentioned fix).
Enjoy!

I play with your new expansion pack, but it crashes 31 may, right after giro. Anybody experienced the same problems? |

Your fix seems to have fixed it CrueTrue, thanks.
Another problem is that I can't select the bottom of all the equipment, it just isn't possible to click on them.
Also, is it possible to disable it so that you need to buy the equipment just like you normally should in the game? |

Can you attach your save game and/or your game log file? From what I can see, we didn't change anything on this date. |

The first thing isn't a problem - that's how the PCM GUI is, unfortunately. In the equipment pre-selection screen before a race, you can choose all the equipment.
The second thing is also intended. Teams don't buy equipment in real life - in fact, they receive money for using a brand of equipment, e.g. Saxo Bank on Specialized. Therefore, all the equipment is free.
And before you ask, it's also intended that all the equipment has the same amount of stars. In PCM, equipment doesn't do much of a difference, therefore we decided not to use energy on giving stats to each part of the equipment. |

all of the equipment has 6 stars on all, and there is just too much equipment. its impossible to see and select what you want.
also the list of equipment is too big, blocking the picture of it.
Except a few things this was really good. ty. |

I didn't get this bug during my first two simulated seasons. In the third one, however, I experienced it. It's like the June and March bug from PCM08, and I tend to believe that it's happening due to the race date changes, etc.
So, attached to this post is a new database file which is basically the STA_race from the Real Name DB, but with the added races included too. This means no deleted races and no race date changes.
I don't know if this fixes the problem (you have to start a new career), but it's worth a shot.
For the same reason, it's not recommended to start doing serious career with the Expansion Pack yet. Wait for the non-beta coming one of the coming days.

I can't get past 31. may either, too bad because I just had a fantastic Giro. I attached the save game, and if you tell me where the log file is, I will add that too...

That's because he changed nationality recently, it's no mistake. |
