Amateur Posts: 2 Joined: 17-06-2009 PCM$: 200.00	thanks for trying to help me out...but, could you please provide me with a little more in depth guide how to succeed? I assume i should run hannes converter, right??? but then, which values to alter - corresponding to which columns? and also, how to save/overwrite the files properly? as every time i save them, and then load up back again, the values revert back to the defaults... I'd like to run a career with one of the poorer teams, and get rid of some riders by the end of the first year - whilst, using the default database, they're signed to multi-year contracts...thanks.
