Creating jerseys?

Under 23 Posts: 72 Joined: 19-06-2007 PCM$: 200.00	Hi guys I wwant to edit the db to make my own team and i also wanted to create my own jersey.There are some amazing fantasy jerseys on the cyanide forums but nobody says how to make them. Is there a program i can download or a walkthrough or anything to help in creating my own jerseys? As always thanks in advance for any and all assistance
