Did something wrong with hannes converter, plz help

When I was editing a database with the hannes converter I did something wrong... You can see in the screenshot below what I mean. I have done a red circle around it for those who still can't see whats wrongWink

Can anybody tell me where I can get it back to normal? (I was editing the unibet team so it should have a unibet jersey I think)

I have problem with hannes converter because i add new stats for rider and i save this. When i copy this to D:/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager 2007/Database
and i enter the game to singel race the game is crash.

my game doesn't crashes crash but I yust want to solve that because it really looks verry bad
