I am in my 2nd season with Columbia. I am the 6th rated team after the Tour Of Romandy with 17 wins, 14 seconds and 9 3rd places, including winning some pretty big races, like gent-wevelgem and fleche wallone. However my sponsor confidence has been at poor just about all season. The first season it moved from average through to excellent ending up as very good.
It does not seem to be picking up all of my wins. E.g. I won the first 2 stages of the tour of romandy, but all that appeared on the satisfaction screen was my 2nd place overall. And also smaller races that i won like the Koln Rundfahrt, GP Van Nopkere and Brabantsje Pris do not appear at all.
Has anyone experienced this before, and is there anyway round it? |

If you have a very large budget, the team wont be happy if yo don't win "everything". Also, you have to do the most of the sponsor goals, and do well in the key races (those with star(s). |

It also depends on how successful you were in the previous season.
If you won pretty much everything in season 1, the same is expected from you in the next season. |

I experienced something simular to this. I started with Skil-Shimano and did very well. I won some races and got promoted. When the next season started, was some of the goals to be in the top 3 of the Giro and win Gent-Wevelgem. I had to give up, because I hadn't got any good riders on my team |

You can get around the problem (if you dont mind cheating a little) by changing the sponsor confidence to 99 in the related table in the database. Had to do this to avoid the sack from demanding sponsors quite often...and I still manage to sleep at night, if you're wondering. |

As well, with Columbia, I don't think 6th rated team is particulary good. What kind of sponsor reaction did you get to the wins at gent-wevelgem and fleche wallone?
Also, what are your goals?
Finally, I wouldn't start to get concerned about sponsor confidence until later in the season. |

Be aware, though. If the sponsor confidence is low in July/August, you're quite likely to be fired - unless you change it in the DB, as stuart said. |

Could you please explain how to change the sponsor confidence step by step. Thanks in advance |

Open DYN_Manager with Hannes Converter. Scroll across until you find something named confidence. Change the number to 100 and save. |
