I'm always interested with career based sports sims (like PCM and FM) what the quality of regens down the line looks like. Wondering if anyone has gotten as far or further than me on a save with PCM 2007 and what they've seen?

I'm in 2012 with the PCM Spain database. For the first time this season, I've seen a few really outstanding young regen cyclists emerge. I've had a couple on my team who have been decent. However, GCE has a Portuguese regen who just cross over from 3 experience to 4 and already looks good enough to win a grand tour. CSC, similarly, has a Mexican racer who just cross over to 4 experience and looks pretty very good. Anybody else with standout regens?
