I now started new career with PCM Spain 2007 db with small improvements. I also making career with womenbase with improvements. I made there same team with Saeco as main sponsor of both teams. I playing with normal difficulty level.
If it will be interesting, I'll make a blog of a team, where team mates and directors will write something and you'll be able to ask them a questions.
And, you know, this thread for me is the way to improve my english, so if you'll see any mistakes, please, tell me that.

The team "Saeco, macchine per Caffe" was founded in December, 2006 by Russian businessman, Igor Bunich. He simply had to buy all that was saved from ex-Naturino Sapore di mare team, when Francesco Casagrande left the sport. But, without this great rider sponsors didn't want to stay with the team, so Igor thought to sponsor team himself.
At that moment he met with Fabio Saccarelli, owner of Saccarelli - EMU women's team. I don't know why, but they decided to join their teams. So, there was only one problem - to found main sponsor. They asked many companies and at last, Saeco agreed to sponsor the team but with one condition: the team had to have at least one star rider in it.
That's why Tatiana Guderzo joined us at 29th of December 2006. After that sponsor contracts were signed and at first day of New Year the team had been started.
Oh! Forgot to say, our second sponsor is Italian region, Emilia Romagna, which grated us with wonderful building in Imola. That ex-hotel became our base, where tomorrow, 4th of January will be held the meeting of all team.
The team presentation will be held 9th of January, but here, on pages of this blog, you'll know all that you need sooner

Today I came to my first professional team's base for meet to my team mates. I was actually the last who came there; it was shameful to be late. Anyway, I didn't know that the team will consist of both men and women. And of course, it was a shock, when I knew that women's team will be main part of us.
First of all, women's team will race in 1th Division (it's an analog to our Pro-Tour) and men's part of the team will race as continental non-professional. Secondarily, there will be two stars: Tatiana Guderzo and Monia Baccaille. Both of them are very beautiful indeed. Well, all the girls of our team are beautiful.
And at last, I had met with a problem. I though, that with Russian management we will talk on Russian language, or maybe English. But, as Saeco is registered in Italy and most of riders are Italians, the official language will be Italian but I don't know it at all. I will need to study it very fast.
Anyway, when we were all there, we started to introduce ourselves to all others. When it was my turn I said: "Hi! I'm Max Belaschov, 22 years old. I'm from Russia. I'm good in the escapes on mountains and hills. It's my first season as a profy, so please don't kick me much "

After that we just made a few kilometers and then came in again, where we choose our rooms by the draw. When one girl (I don't remember what her name) had got 13th number, I asked her to change to my 22th, because 13 is my lucky number. She agreed

[21th of January 2007] First victory (for girls, of course)
Our first race was Tour de Pei, that held in Canada in the middle of January. Our manager said that we don't have to do our best in there, so we didn't feel nervous before that race. Well, to be honest, I felt it, because it was my first race this year and first race in such strong team.
I think the date of 17th of January will be remembered by our fans - it was ITT stage and Emma Johansson had won it, with Giovanna Troldi at second place. They became overall leaders and next days we all needed to protect Emma. Next stage was hilly, just as I like. So I did my best to help Emma to save her lead. She had done an awesome attack at the end and had won second stage in a row. I finished 4th. That was nice; I didn't think that I can do that!
All other stages were for sprinters so we had only to make a pace. Yesterday it all was finished. Johansson had won the race in GC. She also had won Points and Youth classifications. We were very proud of this result, as we all made it! Today we are heading back to our base, where we will celebrate wit all our teammates.
Alena Andruk, team mate
Results of Tour de Pei 1. Johansson (Saeco)
2. Ziliute (Safi) +32
3. Pohl (Getranke) +1’09
4. Zugno (Safi) +1’10
5. Holt (Expresscopy) +1’24
10th of February we had our first race. And, the same race was our first season goal. It was GP Costa degli Estuschi, one-day race, which often is a race for the sprinters. Our manager demanded to get to top ten on this race. As I am a leading sprinter of the team, this goal was especially for me.
I must say, that my fitness was very good at that time, we made good training before. I think, everybody (well, I am) happy with the team base. It's perfect house in perfect city. We even don't need to travel somewhere to make a training camp; we can make our training camp here, on our base.
But, this isn't about the race. Saeco team is already consisting of the friends, who will do everything for anybody from the team. So, guys made a wonderful work for me, they made a pace on last kilometers, but that wasn't enough. 20 km from finish Steven de Jongh from QuickStep attacked. Igor Soumnikov, who was our dirrettore sportivo at all one-day races yet, asked Eddy Ratti to counter him. Eddy attacked very well, and they made a gap.
Eddy with Steven was very strong and they made it to the finish. The bunch realized that escapers gone forever and riders just tried to place their leaders good. I set down on Bennati's wheel and just made all that I could. Unfortunately I am not so strong as Bennati or Hunter and finished only on 9th position. After finish I knew that Ratti finished second after De Jongh, but was just happy with this result - we made our first objective!
Yesterday we started at Trofeo Laigueglia race. It was hilly and with cold temperature. Our leader was Gentili this time. Massimiliano starting his last season, so we want to help him to win any race. This time we didn't chase a breakaway, as we had our men there - Max Belaschov worked just great and on the last kilometers, when it was many attacks, he stayed in the front group and did his job for Gentili. Sad, but it was all for nothing, the group get them all except of Juan-Jose Cobo, who won the race. All others sprinted from the bunch, and I finished 7th. This progress make me think I won't wait much for my first season win.
Hello! I am the happiest man in the world! I could say that I'm the strongest cyclist, but it's not real. Although, I was the strongest rider of just one day, it was 17th of March, three days ago.
We raced Istriang Spring Trophy that time, a 4-days tour in Croatia. We enjoyed landscapes and sunny people. It is a pity, but the weather didn't share their amiability - it was cold (10-15 grades) and windy (over 20 km/h). My goal was to get to breakaways and fight for mountain point, so on the first stage, which was ITT, I ridden poorly even for me. Really I can not do a great ITT, it's not my specialty. As I didn't ride on my maximum, I lost over 40 seconds on 5 kilometers.
Next day the bunch let a few guys go. I was one of those guys. The entire race is flat, suiting for sprinters first of all, and I suffered a lot that day. The pace was fast, and a wind helped us. I think peloton didn't notice that and before mountain finish we had more than 10 minutes of advantage. When we came to climb, it was my territory; I pulled hard, and even broke two riders from group.
I thought I couldn't stay with breakaway to the end, but that was really my day: peloton dreamed, escapers drop away from first group, but I was still there. On the finish line I was with other two riders, both of them were Germans, but from different teams and while they waited to each other to start a sprint, I went on the left side of the road and flied away from them! I had won my first stage in career! I thought I will wait for it much longer!
With a stage victory I had won a lead in GC and all others prize jerseys. Two next days all the team worked for me. After colossal load last day I didn't feel myself good and the wind was side this time. On the middle of the stage I loosed contact with the bunch... Before I had time for blink, all my teammates were beside me. We assumed formation and easily catch group.
The lead in GC was very important for us, 'cause we loosed it in last race in France, where Gentili had won two of three stages, but on the last stage some Frenchman pulled away and stolen a victory.
I woke up on the day of the last stage, looked in the window and said: "Shit, I don't believe in it!" It was windy again, it was 8 degrees and it was a rain. I hate rain, I hate cold and I am very lightweight, so that weather was horrible for me! But when we came to a start, wind and rain came to an end and my attitude became better. It was just easy stage and here it is - our first victory in GC for men!
It was just for the time - our girls came back from first World Cup race, where Emma Johansson finished only 11th. It was the best result for the team.
Anyway, at home, in Italy, I buy a big pie for celebrate a victory. It was delicious!
seconded. it's good but it's too wordy. needs pictures of team stats and races so we can see what your talking about.
it's very descriptive which is good, but a picture paints a thousand worda and would be much more useful. it also breaks the text up. alot of readers will see you report and think 'too much reading'. don't forget alot of people on the site aren't 100% fluent in English so won't be able to read it properly.
This is the men's team stats for 1th of April 2007:
Now we are heading to Settimana Ciclista Lombarda race. Unfortunatley we didn't receive wild card to Giro, so our goals for now are on continental races
