Game working slow

Hello!
Yesterday I installed PCM again. I updated to the latest patch and PCM daily DB. But when I go to the race it is working very slowly, so for 50 km at the fastest speed I need almost 10 minutes.
This are my graphic settings:
Forest details:0
Display spectators:1
Track quality:1

My computer:
1 GB RAM
Genuine Intel(R)CPU 1.66 GHz
ATI Radeon X1400 Mobility

I already had the game on this PC and last time it worked smoothly.

Anyone knows what's wrong?
