Well hello guys, my name is Riccardo, and I'm the team photographer for the Columbia team.
My job is to just take pictures of our team, but i also get glued into the action like any fan would. And today is May 9th, the start of my favorite race the Giro.
Today is a 20 KM pancake flat TTT, hompe our boys the best!
AG2R were the first out and set the mark at
The boys roll out.
and cav leads across to put us into a provisional 3rd at 16 seconds off of Rabobank.
We take 5th as Rabobank takes the win moving Lars Boom into the Maglia rosa.
Second went to a suprisingly strong ISD team.

Giro d'Italia stage 2
Mostly falt stage but the hills at the end should make it hard.
pretty straight foward, breaks went, breaks caught, gonna be a hectic sprint finish as none of the top sprinters made it over the climbs.
so over the top of the last hill with 3 k to go lovkvist attakcs!
Under the flag Tommy and Kolobenov are fighting for the win and the pack led by Wegman is closing fast.
Lovkvist!!!!!
And with some time gaps he moves into pink!

Giro d'Italia stage 3
Breaks go breaks caught, and after cav and EBH struggled up the climb it would have to end with a sprint without columbia. Thor Hushovd claimed his first stage with a powerful sprint up the last hill.
