I i installed the pcm daily db 09 version 2.1 why does csc have the nice 3d sunglasses and no other team has it???How can i add them or remove them to the other teams? |

You can't, they are built into the face.

The sunglasses are part of cyclist faces.. So you would have to change the face of other team's riders.

The thing is that i start a new carrer and than an other team has the sunglasses and not saxo bank...i think they arent part of the face! |

In the pcm.daily db the Bell CSC helmets have sunglasses incorperated into them 
I don't know how to make them though, or change them into other helmets...

Then you can maybe either buy their Helmets or copy their helmets file, rename it and replace your team's helmet by them.
Like if you are Columbia I think you would have to rename this:
"Helmet_csc_d"; "Helmet_csc_n" and "Helmet_uvex_s" into:
"Helmet_uvex_09_d"; "Helmet_uvex_09_n" and "Helmet_uvex_09_s"
And Columbia would use the CSC Helmets with the sunglasses.

Mh is it much work to edit the other helmets? Or let me ask an other way do i need specific skills with programms to creat the helmets with sunglasses? |

Hmm.. The model used on CSC is much different from (at least columbia) the others.
It would be better if you ask for someone to do it maybe.

IMO it isn't really good, but looks ok from a little distance
