Help

recently PCM 08 just stopped working after working fine for 6 months. I've uninstalled and reinstalled with patches/updates but am still having the same problem. When I start the game up it goes to either a white screen or black screen with the music going but never progresses to the menu. Ant ideas

Did you completel uninstall the game?

Q. How do I uninstall the game completely?
A. First, go to Start -> Programs -> Cyanide -> Pro Cycling Manager 2008 and find the uninstall-link. Next, go to "My Computer", your hard drive, "Program Files" -> Cyanide and delete the Pro Cycling Manager-folder. Then go to My Documents and delete the Pro Cycling Manager folder. Last thing is Start -> Run and type in %AppData% . A folder will open. Find the Pro Cycling Manager folder and delete it. The game is now completely uninstalled.

Yes, I have done that. I have actually unistalled 2 times now and still nothing works.

If you've any firewalls, disable them.

I tried disabling the firewalls but no differences. Still the black screen with the music playing.

On reinstalling again I notice that it said I have 0 reactivations left, could this be the issue. Also when looking at the DB editor I do not have the original database to select

Help please

ive had exactly the same problem! what could be stopping my game from starting?
