Stages available in Career but not "Stage" play

Hello i was wondering why it is that you can play certain races only in a career but not just as a one off type deal, because i love doing the really short flat circuit races like in the Tour of Wellington but i can't play them except in a career.

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere but i looked around to no avail, hopefully someone can help direct me as to how to play these in solo non-career mode.

It's a good question.

The reason is that PCM doesn't support having .2-races in the game. But we added the category anyway, and one of the 'cons' is that they don't show up in Stage Race mode (as far as I recall, 1.2 races do, 2.2 races don't).

So, if you want to play these races in Single Race mode, there's two things you can do:
1. Create the race as a Custom Tour
2. Change the UCI category of the race.

Alright great thanks a lot for your help sorry if the answer was a bit obvious I'm relatively new to the editing side of PCM and still don't fully understand how everything works, but i do appreciate the help.
