ABasso 3Ds Max Creations

I've made lots of objects in Autodesk 3Ds Max 2009 and will show screenshots later when i progress in the making of objects and when finished.

Though i have a problem in the "how to apply textures" to these objects.
So maybe someone here could explain by pm or in this thread how to i would be really glad.

With 3ds max it's quite simple to add a texture. You can simply use Material Editor (rendering-->material editor) then, select the first sphere and in "blinn basic parameters" click on the gray square near diffuse, so choose bitmap option; by clicking "ok" you have to choose the image you want to use as a texture.
With the object selected, click on "assign material to selection" (the sphere with a line to the cube). If you want to see the object texturized in the perspective view click on the blue and white cube (show standard map in viewport) Wink

I know how to choose the diffuse map button and choose bitmap but the rest i didn't know.

Appreciate it alot.
