If one rider, let's say he's got 75 in all stats, except hill and mountain. He's got 50 hill and 85 MO. Let's call him 'Tim'.
If another rider, who's got all of Tim's stats, except that he's got 85 hill and 50 MO. Let's call him 'John'.
If I take a stage, with one big climb only, a steady one about 20 k's, and put the stage rating to 0.50, would then John pull away as easy as nothing?
And if we do this with a hilly stage, put it at 1.00 rating, Tim would easily pull away?
No, Cya must in PCM 2009, the hilly/flat rating must come from the actual stage profile. |

Or maybe they should just take this system further and rate every climb with it's own "toughness"-value.
