This should give you a decent idea of how fatigue and training works. Although back in '06 it came with percentages, nowadays in '08 they work with bars which represent those percentages.
But in short (and not as accurate): If you peak, you get tired. If you peak for 3 weeks, you're so tired you won't be racing anything anymore. |

I have set up to 7 peaks for some of my rider sometimes with 4 peak in a row am I only suposed to make them peak a max of 3 times otherwise they get too tired

correct. 7 peaks is way too much. 3 should be considerd the maximum. maybe 4 but he'll be in red. |

but if 7 peak is too much why when I evaluate the fatigue (white bar) they some times don't go to 100%

Because that only calculates the fatigue gained from training

Ok. So I used to run things off of the '06 guide listed above. But with the "year plan" for training, I don't find it necessary. My big question falls on racing fatigue.
Are the numbers the same in this years game? I can look through the cdb if I need to, I just need to know where exactly where to look. BUT it would be much easier if someone already knows the answer.
I'm just not sure how many races I should schedule my guys for. I only have a few top guys for the GT's, and my sponsors want ridiculous results that can only be achieved if both top climbers ride multiple Grand Tours. That's nearly 60 days of racing just there. No warm up races, nothing else. |

Just as a side note. In a career of mine, I signed David Millar going into the second season. Upon arrival I noticed that he had raced no less than 111 days during the season. |

I don't think there's any connection between fatique abd stats improvment, so you probably don't have a point there. Also stats improvment dn't happen regulary, so just wait... |
