GCT DB v1.1 Questions

Hi I am new here and new cycling manager.
A few questions.
I download GCT DB and install it with no problems. As some of you are aware of there is problems which budgets and like. I download the fix which is a *.rar file. The instructions say to put it in the database folder. But which one. The one in the game folder or one in the my documents folder. Once done should all be fix.

I can't seem to find the GCT 1.1 DB + fix. I guess it was accidentially removed B)
Any info on when it will be up again?

Ehh, it says in the description that it is the v. 1.0 and the fix for v. 1.0!?
I was looking for 1.1 + fix (the one that works after the patch...) |

there is no spanish champ. so Lastras is given the jersey by default. which sucks.
I don't think there's anything that can be done about that, really, but I hope it can be fixed. |

I have installed this database, and are looking forward to playing on it. But it seems the database that is used for starting is the same as before. How can I get this cahnged? or is it there no actually refreshed database in the installment ? |

Seems like they are a little demotivated right now. Not sure, though.
Also, a patch is being released within a month (probably), so maybe they are waiting for it to be released. |
