Cleditor former champions.

In Cleditor there is an option for "was national" and "was world" I would assume this is former national and world champions, and would like to know if adding the jerseys with the changed sleeves and collar is possible. |

I think it was activated in some previous versions. Not in '08 though.  |

Indeed, in pcms before PCM08, the sleeves would automatically be added if the rider had that checked.

Actually I meant why bother adding these options to PCM08 if they aren't used for anything?
They could have just left these options out. |

As I said, they were in PCM07 and PCM06 - meaning they weren't added for PCM08, and neither were they taken out (they were deactivated, though). |

It's not "why did they bother adding these options". It's "why didn't they bother to take it out. |
