hi, i downloaded v2 and v2.1 however i want to edit my teams budget . what is the best editor to use and also.. how to use it.

According to Crue the budgets cannot be edited. At least, I think that's what he said.

However, you get more money from secondary sponsors in the Daily DB so make sure you try and get those.

It's not possible to edit budgets in the database but you can do it in your savegame.
Use Hannes Converter or Full Editor. In DYN_team table edit these columns:"finany_f_initial_amount", "finanm_f_initial_amount", "finan_f_allowed_BMSC", "finan_f_to_buy_cyclists".
