Problem to launch the game - system clock

Suddenly when launching the game and verifying my disk, there's an error which states that there's a problem with the 'system time'.

i tried everything in my laptop settings , but nothing helps. Does anyone have a solution for this issue?

Yes. This happens on newer windows. You have to set permission to run as windows 7, or Windows XP.
