Today itâ€™s everyone on his own against the clock in a 42 km TT. We have few specialists at the start, so there are quite some GC riders in the list of favourites.

Larsen was fast in both time splits. He loses some time in the end and finishes in provisional 3rd.

Affini does worse. Heâ€™s 7th for now, 1â€™24 behind the lead.

On paper

Ganna is one of the two top favourites for today. He proves this assumption by crushing the previous best time at the first split by 37â€™â€™. He then loses tons of time in the second sector and is 10â€™â€™ behind at the second split. In the end he finishes in a new best time of 55â€™14, but thatâ€™s much closer than anticipated.

Ferreyra should be another podium contender. He starts slow with 9th places in both time splits. But he was able to keep his pace and finishes in 4th for the moment, 1â€™07 behind the leader.

Fernandes is the last of the specialists. He is third at both time splits and finishes so as well, being only 26â€™â€™ down.
