Our Main reason to getting promoted in the end. Every race he attended he delivered. With his strong and well blanced skillset he is a real threat on steep terain at the CT level. Especially Classics is his domain. I assume with Medium Mountain now he may be even better.

In the Ende he still had a good season just barely behind Guerreiro and this after a more unlucky season. He has much more potential at the cobblestones but couldnt show it last year, lets blame his manager. He definitely is able to score 500+ with the right manager and team.

Though our team wasnt build for stage races and he had to do it all himself basically he did show he can be a leader for this at CT level. He has proven himself in Catalunya. Give him more support and he will be able to deliver even better.

If you look at the points he may be a disappointment but he had a hard time always being only the second option behind Zepuntke, i think this was a problem for both of them in the end. His Skillset with TT & Cobbles, a more unique combination, makes him a strong contender on CT Level and a great Support & Dom on higher levels.

Honestly one of my favorite riders and wouldnt it be for the new concept i would keep him. Not the big scorer but like you can see he is able to do if he gets the chance. Very versatile and a Dom for practically every Terrain, a utility rider every Team needs.
Thats what we actively offer. For the rest of our riders we dont intend to sell them. BUT never say never if there is an incredible, almost stupid, offer we of course consider it. But depending on who you ask for it needs to be even more stupid and ridiculous.
So what are we looking for?
As you can see our team philisophy we prefer actually TALENT. Means rider we can develop who are 25 or younger. Of course if you have a very interesting Leader type rider who we still can hire we will listen too. But Talent is really sexy to us. We dont look for a specific skillset, we wanna be able to imagine "their future".
Cash? Hm, we dont have soooo much use for it this year but we will of couse consider it.

Offers Loose interest. I ask for 250k (start) and in the current market its a bargain i think. Good in CT as he is. Trainable and also valuable in PCT. And even for PT teams a good Dom for GT's.

Beka Nareklishvili: We have a Deal we are very happy with, so only crazy offers here can be even considered.
Ruben Zepuntke: A deal involves Cash + Rider. It would need at least a value of 800k (in my eyes) to overbid.
Ruben Guerreiro: Surprisingly no interest yet though he was the best scoring one last year. I think people underestimate him. If you're in CT dont sleep on him. Starting at 400k.
Harm Vanhoucke: In talks, could be involved in a swap deal.
Kobe Goossens: No offers yet. Again a very solid rider that performs better than his numbers suggest. Well rounded, super dom and able to surprise with results himself. Again, CT, dont sleep on him because he will be pretty cheap.

In a rare case someone has something really great to offer for a swap to offer and even some need of cash you can hit us up. Great means Red numbers in Primary stat, you dont need to bother to try to convince us with left 
But it doesnt matter what nationality or age. Sponsors & Partners are happy with th current activity so they said its okay for us to hire up to 3 over 25 from anywhere. We only have 1 spot used so far.

Besides Ole Theiler, a new rider gave had some talk with us and if there would be a good opportunity he would consider to leave to a new team.

We are done with moves we initiate.
